Responsibilities:

1. Create educational digital content, explainer videos in line with our style guides.
2. Creating the documents, Design learning activities in Canva, instructional guideline materials,
3. Generate various educational support documents, data sheets, presentations, and digital content.
4. Conduct training sessions for clients on digital tools and ICT solutions.
5. Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and team members in English.

Qualifications:

• FA/Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred degree in Computer Science or ICT in Education.
• Proven experience as an ICT specialist and trainer.
• Proficient in creating digital content and explainer videos.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Minimum Required Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,
  PowerPoint.
• Multitasking abilities and effective English
  communication skills.
